I'm Spree

I’m an intuitive healer specializing in massage therapy, energy work, prenatal & postnatal support, and mindshift mentorship. I believe that we are so much more than just physical beings– and that every physical symptom has an emotional root.

I received my massage therapy license back in 2019 but have been doing this work for over a decade, and to be honest– I can’t imagine doing anything else. I’ve found such a deep sense of fulfillment in being of service to people like you on your journey to a happier and healthier version of YOU.

Every experience with me is fully customized, and no two sessions are ever the same. I use many different modalities to support you in moving past your aches and pains, and to help you feel better- from the inside, out.

There is life force pulsing through all of us, that animates our being and gives us our unique imprint in life. As life inevitably ebbs and flows, our energy can sometimes become stagnant, dim, and sometimes we can lose sight of our “why.”
